A Little Taste Of Eden Bistro For Breakfast
On a Sunday morning we headed to Burscough for an early walk on the canal. Afterwards it was time for breakfast. We normally head for Hugo’s but decided to try the Eden Bistro for a change of venue.
Street parking is limited but there a number of parking options within a short walking distance. Great open space with a choice of tables to suit your needs and preference.
A very well made latte arrived soon after it was ordered with the food also arriving in a timely manner. We each went with a toasted sausage sandwich and decided to order a side of scrambled eggs to share. The sausage was well cooked and tasty, on a thick granary bread. The eggs were tasty and just the right portion size for hearty eaters or for us to share.
A very enjoyable breakfast. Good atmosphere with friendly, welcoming staff. Good food and coffee. Would recommend and will be back in the future.
