Coffee And Cake At Caffe A Bello In Birkenhead
On a recent day off, I spent some time riding around on Merseyrail, with a few coffee shops in mind to try. My first stop was in Birkenhead, where I explored Hamilton Square before discovering my intended café was closed. Luckily, Caffe A Bello was nearby.
I ordered a latte—a bit stronger than I prefer but well-made and enjoyable. The lemon drizzle cake was tasty, though not exceptional. With only one other customer, service was quick and friendly.
Overall, a pleasant experience, perfect for a relaxing hour of people-watching.
